6 patriotic tea towels and elastic for waist bands = 3 cute 4th of July skirts!Line up bottom seams and sew three towels together in a circle. Fold over a wide hem/waistband at the top to thread the elastic through. Finish top seam and you have a very cute little 4th of July skirt. For the little girls were able to use less than 2/3 of the total length of the towel for Katie's skirt, leaving enough to create the third little skirt for the baby Gwynn.
Total cost with towels and elastic = 8 dollars for 3 skirts!!
